The Artemisia Foundation reveals and guides extraordinary young pianists, presenting some of the highest caliber classical music in New York City. Nominated by faculty from leading music institutions, these young pianists come together to participate in master classes by renowned musicians, to perform in unique venues, to engage actively in mentoring others, and to act as role models and ultimate ambassadors of the arts.
Upcoming Events
December 7th - Masterclass/Concert with Soprano Leah Hawkins 3:00 PM. This will be an intimate masterclass with Leah Hawkins, a soprano at the Metropolitan Opera, followed by a small concert with the attendees.
December 14th - Conversations and Performances - Sergei Babayan & Guests 2:00 PM. Piano playing is special, in that it’s an exploration of oneself - alone, & unique. One can externalize it, but that it not the ultimate reward.
